New Lisbon, as it was originally known, is located in Center Township and is the county seat of Columbiana County, Ohio. As the second oldest settlement in Ohio, Lisbon has a rich and storied history that is still evident in the historic buildings and residences throughout the village, and our beautiful downtown is the economic center of our community.

The Lisbon Water and Sewer Department has released a statement concerning the status of the Village's drinking water in response to the train derailment in East Palestine.
In case of a water/sewer emergency after normal business hours please call the Lisbon Police Department 330-424-7810 for emergency call out.
